Hey There, I'm MaTISSE!
With a background in modelmaking, illustration, graphic design, ceramics and more, I proudly call myself an illustrative maker: someone who not only imagines compelling concepts and stories but also brings them to life with hands on craft!
At the heart of my work is a desire to help people and connect with audiences emotionally. I often explore serious topics through lighthearted, character-driven design, using humour and charm to engage, inform and inspire. Visual storytelling combined with tactile craft is what I do best!
Having recently graduated with First Class Honours in Modelmaking from Arts University Bournemouth, I am now based in London, ready to share my creativity with the world. I pour my heart into every project and approach everything with full commitment. This willingness to learn has helped me build a diverse, hybrid skill set ranging from CAD to miniature upholstery. I can now confidently take on any role needed from concept artist to prop maker or even graphic designer.
I’m known for the distinctive personality that shines through my work as well as my open, curious, and collaborative approach. I’m eager to experiment with new materials, share ideas, and I always keep my childlike imagination at the centre of everything I create.
